The jet tub and massage chair were especially nice after a long walk. Room service was fast and the food was quite good. The drinks could have been a little more flavorful but the experience was very nice.

The Onsen baths are great after a city jaunt although a bit of a walk to the baths. Beautiful building and the Japanese room us spacious.

Basic, small, inexpensive hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, good location. No onsite parking, no elevator, shared bathrooms and showers. Comfortable.

As you check in on the 13th floor it would be helpful to have a clearer sign in the entrance foyer. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay, the room and facilitates. It is conveniently located for many shops ahd restaurants and for the tram. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, mainly Japanese. Room cleaning is organised before 8am via an app on the TV, which we kept forgetting, so bear that in mind each day that you stay.

Excellent location for exploring Kochi on foot. Welcoming and helpful front desk staff. The room was small but very efficient. Breakfast was very, very good, vegan options available. The onsen was very nice. Two laundry areas, one specifically for women! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. I was very happy with my stay here.
