On arrival I was told you had arranged booking and not paid for my stay. Cash was demanded if I wanted a room. Policeman had earned of drugs. I did not stay. Booked with you elsewhere

This is a cash-only residential motel. The rooms haven’t been renovated since Hector was.a pup. I had to request towels, and could not get soap or shampoo.

Agent couldn’t find my reservation, charged me $120 cash only, toilet wouldn’t flush completely and tank top broken, no towels or soap, door didn’t lock inside, bugs on bathroom floor, motel in disrepair, homeless person next door the air conditioner worked as well as the tv

When we went to check in there was a sign there, "Cash Only", that was a surprise. The room was terrible. The sheets were stained and it appeared to even have loose dirt on them . There was spoiled food in a Take-Out box in the refrigerator. We left. The manager did give us our money back. Yuck!

We pulled into the place and were appalled by what it looked like. Went in to check in and first noticed the office area was totally disgusting. Had a fish tank with a dead fish in the top looked like it had been there for a month the man immediately said he had no rooms to give. I said I have a Expedia reservation he says sorry we have no rooms to give most of the hotel is shut down and only a few good rooms left with no heat. The town should shut this place down. Expedia should be embarrassed to carry this property as a listing.

Tried to cancel reservation made on 9/18/26 for that night thru expedia. Expedia said the reservation needed to be canceled 24 hours earlier, but res. Hadn't even been made then. Why did I buy insurance for $9 then? Called Motel directly and the message box was full and I was disconnected. Just made my trip to visit my Father in hospice care at a local Nursing Facility that much more difficult. I simply wanted to cancel last minute preparation but couldn't, now I want a full refund to my credit card. Guess I need to request charge reversal on my credit card. Big hassle!

This was the worst night’s stay I have ever had, anywhere. We were given no soap, no towels, and only one pillow for two of us. He promised to bring towels after the dryer finished. We went to check several times and never got them. The floor was so dirty that I had to wipe the “crumbs” off my feet before climbing into bed. The toilet didn’t flush completely, and the refrigerator froze everything solid. To make matters worse, when we got to the motel, the manager raised the price $10 over the on-line price and insisted on cash only. (We arrived at dusk, along a busy two lane road after a 60 mile bike ride in a cold rain. We couldn’t just drive away to go somewhere else.) The manager was completely unconcerned and unapologetic about everything; he didn’t care. Do NOT stay here!

The place was clean and the location convenient. It took a good 5 minutes for the water to reach a mildly warm state and if you cupped it in your hand you could not see your palm because the water was milky white. We would not dare drink it.

we did not stay at this property. the manager refused my 17-year-old to stay without me paying more when it clearly stated in the policy people 17 and under are considered children. he took my money though but refused to refund it when I would not pay him extra for a child.

This did give me a chance to attend a film festival that was outstanding. But the hotel room had no water except for a trickle from the sink. There was no water for the shower or for the toilet. I'll let you imagine what that was like. I complained to the clerk, but nothing happened. It cost $220, which in those conditions was an insult.

The young lady and young man at front counter very nice. Overall all else below grade. A bit disappointed with Expeddia on this one. My fault for not checking REVIEWS first. Never again. Do not recommend
