「This is a great location and lived up to listing details. Coffee on the river in the morning was an added bonus!!! With that said, it is extremely noisy from the unit upstairs. The voices, dropping, the banging and the heavy footsteps and running can sometimes be a bit jarring.」

「The property is a 3 min walk to the gondola and is close to everything in town. Has a great hot tub and had almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was plastic wrap and foil if you are cooking and laundry detergent. The place is a bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.」

「We travel to Ouray every winter to ice climb and we usually have our dog with us. This location is great because it's right next to the park and right off the main road which keeps you from having to deal with a bunch of mud on most of the side streets. It's also a perfect walking location to all the shops and restaurants. We had plenty of space for our little family and were very comfortable. The only thing with the house is if you stay in the front room with the bunk beds, I would recommend...
