A large holiday resort in the heart of a small seaside resort (Sianożęty). The beach is only 220 m away. On the fenced property, the recreation complex offers full infrastructure enabling perfect relaxation. Two-story holiday cottages. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with TV and table. The room is connected to the kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor (there is a washing machine here). There are 2 separate bedrooms upstairs. The house has a covered terrace and a balcony on the first floor. There is a set of garden furniture on the terrace. Barbecue facilities and sun loungers are available. Electric heating. Wireless internet is available. The owner of the resort has a resort with a swimming pool complex on the neighboring property, where there is an outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool for children (heated water), a water slide, a jacuzzi and a sauna. Guests can use these attractions for an additional fee. The swimming pool is open, depending on the weather, from June to mid-September. An attractive and safe playground awaits the youngest guests. There is a parking lot (for an additional fee), a restaurant (for 150 seats) and a bar in the fenced area. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, water consumption, final cleaning, internet. Sianożęty is a small holiday town 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort - Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is located right next to a wide beach. Golden sand and gentle access to the sea encourage vacationers to sunbathe and sea. In the neighboring Ustronie Morskie there is also a 100-meter long walking pier. The R-10 international bicycle route runs through Sianożęty. It runs along the coast and provides amazing views of both beaches, clear sea and charming peat bogs. From here you can get easily and pleasantly by bike to the nearby Ustronie Morskie, but also to the large city of Kołobrzeg.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. Only dogs up to 15 kg allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
