The entrance and corridors where disgusting. Buckets catching water leaking from the celings, Corridors hadnt seen a hoover in a while. The entrance had cig ends and rubbish everywhere. Mould in the corridor on the wall and paint had fallen off, carpets stained. The room was comfy and ok, bathroom celing around the shower head was mouldy. Such a shame as it could be lovely if looked after properly. The dining area in ragland service station also had a bucket catching a leak from the ceiling. Someone should inspect the raglan lodge as celing tiles missing in corridors. Not sure how safe it is.

First impressions, carpets in lobby and hallways absolutely filthy, covered in crumbs, mud and dirt. Access my room, 2100hrs window wide open, room very cold. It was obviously open as you could still smell the cigarette smoke from whoever stayed previously. Closed the window and stuck the radiator on but the radiator let off a really bad smell, one positive is it did heat up the room quickly?? TV signal scrambled on every channel. Toilet not affixed to the floor properly. Bed itself ok, mattress not great but, would have slept better if room wasn't freezing. Chose cold room over stinking radiator warm room. If like to point out I've stayed here previously probably over a year ago and had no issues. Sadly it's gone down hill quickly on a number of levels. Definitely would NOT stay again

Bad smelling lodge. Room had window left open so very cold. Mould on bathroom ceiling. Bath plug with combined overflow and plug remover broken. We filled the bath but it was very difficult to get the plug out. We had to walk over to the service station to get our room key as no service on site, not good when you are disabled. Based on price I would rather stay in a Travelodge. TV good, hot water good. Everything else poor.

This hotel should be shut down. It very dirty, and smelly and got dump and mould every were. They have water leaking from the roof inside the building.

Nice room. Huge tv. Comfortable bed but pillows a bit lumpy. Check in was a bit inconvenient in the shop but not a problem really p. Key card was a bit temperamental on the outer doors but worked after a few tries.

Not the cleanest place, bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed. Staff were very nice and helpful but we won’t be going back. Worst was using WiFi, we were hacked and they got into all our accounts. Changed the passwords and email address so we couldn’t access anything.
