Excellent choice of a hotel in Ushuaia. Centrally located near shops, restaurants, port. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast in room ( and evening restaurant) with scenic views. Highly recommend.

Front office staff was very helpful with recommending a restaurant and storing our bags after checkout and also letting us hang out in their lobby most of the day. Great location too!

Fantastic Stay at the Lennox!

Great Stay at the Lennox, in the heart of the town! Be prepared for some late night noise, loud cars and bikes especially, but can't beat the location! Everything is walking distance! Was given a great room at check-in too, amazing view!

Very Nice Hotel!

Unfortunately, we were unable to experience the full hotel and they had a gas problem and the rooms were going to be cold. Upon arrival, they had already made arrangments for us to go to another hotel including the transporation to the new hotel. We had Christmas dinner reservation still at the hotel as the restaurant was open and it was fantastic! Really cring staff, went out of their way and did a marvelous job! The hotel from waht we could see was very nice and comfortable and in the heart of town and walkable every where!

The hotel is clean, well managed and the drinks are cheap. However, the construction / maintenance going on between midnight to 5AM prevented a restful sleep and they should have known to schedule that during the day. Hearing drills go off in the early morning for a light sleeper was not relaxing.

The property is modern and clean and in a great location on the main street, however the rooms are really small and have very little storage. The rooms are also not sound proofed and we could hear our next door neighbors as well as loud people outside all through the night as it was a Saturday on our first night. The breakfast was good and the 4th floor lounge was nice. The staff was okay, but they didn't let us stay even an extra hour without paying. If you decide to stay here, please take aer plugs. The view from our room was very nice, as it was from the dining room.

The only thing was that the street San Martin never sleeps and can be noisy all hours of the night. There is no way to cool the room other than opening the balcony door which lets in the cooler air but also the noise. There were only 2 outlets in the room and 1 was behind the bed. There was no chair with a back in the room which made doing any work at the small table tiring. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, cereal, and breads with ham and cheese and many other delights. The bed was firm and yet soft. I would stay here again.

This hotel is in the center of town and very convenient for walking to everything. Airport is close and taxi to airport is only about $4.00 USD. The room was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be more choices on the lunch meu in the restaurant but since there are so many restaurants within walking distance this really isn't an issue.

The hotel was perfect in every way except the noise. We had motorcycles racing up and down the street all hours of the night. It is really a shame idiots ruin this nice spot.

Not acceptable choice

We have to change rooms because of bathroom malfunction The hotel charged a higher per night rate that the one specified in our reservation and no credible explanation was provided when ask other that no extra fee was charged. We paid us$ 72 in excess of the reservation rate.
