Perfect Location

Estadía muy confortable!

Es un hotel cálido, confortable y bien ubicado. La atención fue estupenda, dese el primer día hasta el último el personal estuvo muy bien predispuesto. La habitación es amplia y cómoda con una calefacción excelente al igual que la ducha. El desayunador en el cuarto piso tiene una vista fantástica y el desayuno muy bueno. Conclusión: un hotel muy recomendable!

Enjoyed our stay—actually 2 stays. Very good location close to heart of Ushuaia. Breakfast is included but is just ok continental. WiFi is available but intermittent—not good. Staff is exceptional.

Calificó de terrible o pobre porque hubo un día en que no tuvimos servicio de agua. Cuando se llama para preguntar sobre el asunto la única respuesta recibida era que estaban trabajando el asunto y q pronto se resolvería. Pasaron más de 10 horas y nunca se recibió ayuda o un plan b para saber qué hacer. Al día siguiente no hubo agua caliente. Solo recibimos la ayuda de la persona q estaba en el front desk cuando fuimos a quejarnos. Éste nos llevó a una habitación que tenía agua caliente en el quinto piso y nos permitió asearnos allí. Mucho alboroto al lado del hotel hasta tarde en la noche, impide descansar en su totalidad.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. The amenities are very poor, the facilities are in poor shape and the staff made up an entire story about us breaking a piece of the blackout window, which was already broken when we arrived and came loose from the window the minute we tried closing it. Then they proceeded to corner me at check out and left me no choice but to pay them in cash for the "damage". Would not recommend staying here, plenty of other options. These guys are just looking for how to steal a few bucks from you.
