Hotel was next to the Chitose station. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of hotel. There is also an Aeon short walk away. The Onsen at the hotel was nice. Room was clean and good size.

If you ever visit Chitose consider the Dormy Inn as your stay. The friendly staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the Onsen was great to end a rainy day.

Spent one beautiful night at this property. The service was impeccable and the room absolutely beautiful. By far the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in and that number is high. BRAVO!!

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and I had a very pleasant stay. I stayed here before heading to the airport and was very satisfied with my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location is unbeatable if transferring or traveling through New Chitose. However their included breakfast rivals five star hotels.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were huge. It was a very cozy room. Starbucks was a quick 5 minute walk for breakfast.

nice large space

Very clean room almost brand new

The Hotel is very nice the staff are kind the is spacious. however you should go there with your stomach full and buy snacks where you from or buy everything you want because there’s no shops nearby. The nicest thing is you can hang out with the guest at the lobby.

Very new and spacious apartment!

Very nice hotel that I stay at each time coming through Chitose. Like the onsen and breakfast too.

The included breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was helpful with questions in regards to shuttles. Keep in mind, if you do not request a non-smoking room, the smell is quite strong as soon you get off the elevator for your room floor. Also if you plan to walk from Chitose Station to the hotel, it’s roughly a 20 min walk so plan accordingly if you have a handful of luggage.

Staff went above and beyond to call Tokyo hotel to get airport shuttle info, he even printed maps for me that made it so easy!

We got the premium room with the the private onsen, the check in process was very nice, they sat us down, provided us with drinks and had us fill out forms in the lobby. The whole process was very relaxed. We then were walked over to our room, they offered to carry our things and than showed us everything in the room. They showed us how to use the AC/Heater, massage chairs, and onsen controls. After they showed us everything they left us. The room was very clean and super nice. The onsen was...

We had a very nice week-long stay at this hotel. It was easily accessible by bus and about a15-minute walk to the train station. After not finding a car to rent online, we were able to find one at the property next door. It is close to many places to eat and to convenience stores. Sapporo, beach locations, a main commercial avenue in Tomakomai and Chitose airport are all accessible by bus. However the nearby mountain lake was not, hence the need for a car. We stayed there because of the...
