But the one thing that stood out was Mitchel, the concierge, he was super helpful, very proactive and always checking with us to ensure all was going ok. We got some really great suggestions on tours, restaurants, shopping. One in our group was a vegan and Mitchel suggest this vegan place called Oli, we all loved it!. Mitchel, you were fantastic!"

"I really cannot fault this hotel. Our stay was perfect. The service from the staff was exceptional. It was my birthday whilst we were staying and the staff organised a cake to be delivered to my room and helped my partner organise a nice bottle of wine for the room. The roof terrace is the ideal place to relax in the sun and we enjoyed using the pool and gym. The bed in the room was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! "
