"The front desk caught wind of the fact it was my daughter's (6) birthday. Later that evening Chloe brought up a little gift bag with a card and some candy bars. Very cool extra step on their part. "Drury Inn and Suites always offers the most for your money. The large rooms, friendly staff, pool, hot tub, and kickback hour made our stay a wonderful experience. The only issue we had was slow service at the front desk on a couple of occasions. This seems to be a reflection of low staffing, not a lack of effort. Everyone who worked there were consistently kind, just very busy. "

"Best thing about this hotel is where it is - less than a ten minute walk to Ohio stadium. Also all the staff are very friendly and there is a free coffee machine and free ice cream in the lobby.
