"I have never been so happy with my pick I’m a hotel. The room was absolutely stunning and the staff were equally as great. Not only were they great while we were there- we accidentally left a bag of stuff and they were able to help me get it shipped to my home within a week! If you’re in San Antonio STAY HERE!!! You won’t regret it. "

"It was extremely clean , quiet and relaxing for me and my husband. We will book Hotel Valencia every time we visit SanAntonio because of our experience. This was our first time at the Riverwalk and I can not express how much we enjoyed our time and stay in the area. I wish I could gate keep this hotel but I can't because staff, and the guys at the front door was nice and always asked if we needed recommendations for places to visit in the area. The hotel is beautiful and the room was very nice,the only thing is the parking you have to pay extra x day if you bring your car ,they offer a valet parking and the service was really good . Overall our experience was really nice and the best for me definitely was the location if you love to walk everything was close , a lot off restaurants,museums,historic places,the American tower ,and the river walk was pretty nice !! We love it and definitely will be back."
