"We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!"

"This exact property is not available to rent, however it is still on the website and is able to be paid for. We did not know this until check-in and realized we never received a code to get in. It was only when we called the number attached to this property is when we found out that it is not supposed to be available. The owner we spoke to was helpful and relocated us to another property only 5 mins away from the original, which turned out to be a lovely place. It all worked out in the end, but...

"Me and some friends stayed for the west indian parade. We didn't know what to expect, but surprisingly that was one of the best stay we had as a group. Owner was awesome and everything was on point. If you are visiting the American Dream Mall and NY, I highly recommend staying there. this place"

"This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. "The place was a great base for us when we visited family in NJ and NY. Super clean, very comfortable beds, and easy parking and check in. One bedroom and bathroom are in the basement, in case anyone in your party is mobility limited. The upstairs neighbors do make a little normal noise, sometimes later at night, so maybe bring earplugs if you are a very light sleeper. "

" At first i was confused becoz i was thinking a hotel type place but it was a house in a residential area. The room was cozy , place was clean but the only thing is its hard to communicate with the host at first and if you are person who is okay with shared bathroom then this is your place "

The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway, local bars, and many good eats. Host Liron and his assistant, Rain was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had a great experience.
