"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "Solo traveler with a dog. I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. Check-in was excellent; quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The on-site parking was very convenient, and my room was good, well laid out, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I was consistently greeted with a smile, which made the hotel feel warm and inviting throughout my stay. Quit to help me when I locked myself out of my room twice. As a dog owner, I especially appreciated that pets are welcome in the bar area. The bar staff were excellent! Not only were they friendly, attentive, and professional to me but they were also incredibly kind to my dog. They made us feel welcome, which meant a great deal to me. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Titisee area. I would gladly stay here again"

"The room was nice and quiet . Lovely bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful if in need of help. I would have liked to see an ice machine available to guests. Coffee upon arrival could be free for added service. As well as some a bit more relaxed sitting area to read other then smoking pit. May I suggest that you start a free book corner for guests to use. Pick one leave one principle in foyer."

"The hotel was in a great location. Quiet area, as behind an office building. Easy to get everywhere by foot. Withing walking distance of the train station. Public transportation in the area was excellent and easy to get to from the hotel. We had one bus that we would take right in front of the hotel. Room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed comfortable. No negatives on our behalf. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is the 2nd Premier Inn we have stayed at and would recommend it. "
