The 60 m² property features a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a walk-through bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed, a small bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and a 70 cm wide bunk bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Indoor and outdoor toys are provided. The house includes a large, fenced private garden, a surrounding covered terrace, a barbecue, and a fire pit for your free use.
Public transport and a supermarket are within walking distance. Supermarket: 1 km. Bus stop: 1.4 km. Irish pub: 1.4 km. Restaurant: 1.9 km. Train station: 1.9 km. Kulmbach: 8 km. Kronach: 23 km. Bayreuth: 26 km.
