Bucket list stay in Berkeley! Gorgeous views, impeccably maintained & kind staff. Will stay again!

There seemed to be a ton of vacant rooms. Why provide a room next to an elevator? The staff’s directions to the rooms were very vague. This poor lady was walking back and forth to find her room.

I stay at this hotel every summer, and I want to give a big shout out to the front desk manager, Chauncey, for making every visit such a positive experience whenever she is on duty. Her professionalism and willingness to help make all the difference. It’s rare to meet a manager like Chauncey who is so present, approachable, and genuinely committed to delivering outstanding customer service. The small bedroom I stayed in this time had a bit of a funky smell and could have used better ventilation. Other than that, I had another enjoyable stay.
