「Beautiful space, kind staff, and quietly near to the train, and a lovely 15 minute walk to the city centre.」

「Wonderful stay in the suite at the One Two Four. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful accommodation and the spa was a great addition to our trip. We had breakfast in the restaurant on one morning which was fresh and delicious. We would definitely recommend.」

「Bright and cosy and stylish and comfortable」

「Located a short walk from the center of Ghent, in a quiet neighborhood. My room was well appointed and the breakfast was tasty.」

「 The reception staff was very inefficient. Although several staff members were present, they did not work efficiently and often ignored waiting customers. Only one staff member assisted one guest at a time, which caused unnecessary delays. As a result, I had to wait 20 minutes just to retrieve my luggage.」

「Fantastic experience. Everything from check in to check out and all in between was brilliant. I'd highly recommend to anyone staying in Ghent as I wouldn't hesitate to book here again myself. Perfect distance to everything with a gorgeous bakery Norman right by it and a little shop for anything you might need. Ghent was beautiful...even in the storm we thoroughly enjoyed it and was perfect coming back to our apartment to dry off and enjoy a relaxed few evenings. Thanks Eva for a lovely stay :)」

「The room is spacious and relatively clean. And the location is good as well. The main issue with this place is that they offer zero service or onsite assistance as a hotel. An AI virtual assistant will be sending out messages but can’t solve any problems. There’s no additional bedding in the room and their pillows are extremely flat and offer virtually zero neck support. Nonexistent noise insulation as well as you can hear every pedestrian walking by on the street and every step of other...

「Everything is perfect!」
