"Overall, the property was great. We did have the hot water heater go out, and there is an air conditioning in every room, but the property manager communicated great greatly and provided us a discount of 50 for the inconvenience of not having hot water for three of our four days there."

"Our family booked on of the houses on the property, and another family friends of ours booked another one. Our only regret is that we didn't have enough time to spend at the property! The houses were fantastic and the property is absolutely beautiful!!! The hosts are always available to answer questions or to get a soda or Belikin from. "Our family had a great time during our spring break. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our day trips to the ATM cave, Mayan ruins in Belize, and visiting Tikal. The host was great and met us on arrival and was there for check out. You should also consider arranging for the arrival dinner. It was really good and made for a relaxing first night.the gardens were beautiful, well maintained and the kids loved the pool."
