"I do like this place, the only downside is: it said has a parking area available, but is not part of the hotel you have to pay extra for parking 🙁and breakfast included, not at all you need to be exclusive member of the hotel to have breakfast included. Well next time we know bring extra money ☹️. When you have to book a room make sure to call first and ask about this. "This was truly disappointing. First, parking was a major issue—though there’s a garage, it wasn’t usable, and the nearby option didn’t fit an SUV. I checked in Thursday; by Friday after work, the room hadn’t been cleaned. I called, and they said someone would come, but after an hour, I had to go to the front desk—only to learn housekeeping had left for the day, meaning it wouldn’t be cleaned until the next day. On Saturday, after leaving and coming back at 11 p.m.—following an hour of searching for parking—the room still wasn’t cleaned."

"I mean, if you are staying in the Bronx, your expectations cannot be very high. Typical renovated, hotel in the 3rd World area of NYC. Staff were amazing!!! Room was OK. Not fancy, but decent sleeping. Think Motel 6 or Super 8 on a lesser budget. "

"The room was cold, however i was able to adjust the temperature, i didn't use the gym, the staff was pleasant. This is our 5/6times staying at nova the room are pretty decent but the mattress is not the best especially if you have any back issues.."
