The airport shutlle was excellent, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center very accommodating.
The clean staff, I was disappointed, I asked the young lady to change the bed linen, and vacumm, she cleaned the restroom and left WITHOUT changing the linen and vacuuming.
I called the front desk told my situation, they passed the call to the cleaning supervisior, when I told her of the situation she stated the following "we only change linens on Thursdays" ( Friday, the day I requested the change) I then asked, so you only change linens and vacuum on Thursdays, she said I will send someone up to vacuum. Nope, the linens was NOT CHANGED, even though I asked.

My stay was good. The room was fine, clean and comfortable, though a bit old, worn, and dingy. It was convenient to have a cafe and restaurant/bar on site that served satisfactory food. The treadmills were out of order, which put a damper on my routine, but luckily the weather was nice enough to run along the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, though harried by the number of guests staying that weekend. I would stay here again.
