"What a beautiful place to say. The cottage was spotless when we arrived and is equipped with everything you need. Breda was so welcoming and always on hand to help and answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Waking up in the morning to the view across the bay was a real treat every day. I cannot wait to go back! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely cottage for a second time!"

"As advertised, this property was very close to the sea with most stunning views from the massive sliding lounge doors. The house is calm and quiet and is comfortably furnished. Its eco-friendly credentials are amazing. Housekeeper Angela welcomed us to the property and answered any questions promptly. We had 6 lovely days there which included a visit to Cork and numerous visits to beautiful Clonakilty."

"This place was amazing in its proximity to area towns and attractions. It had a great view of the sea, and the place was very clean and tidy. Teri was very helpful in aiding us to the place, and she even had a cake dessert and some coffee pods for us when we arrived. She went through everything very thoroughly and was always available via What's App for our questions. I recommend this to any family/friend group (we were 9). Lots of space, great bedrooms, very clean. So glad we chose this place....

"Couldn’t ask for a lovelier view and a more picturesque, peaceful location. Waking up to the loch view each morning is very special. Unless you are very hardy bring a wetsuit and have a daily swim it’s marvellous. (August - September was)"

"We stayed over the Christmas period and wow. The house was decorated beautifully and on arrival i walked into a beautifully clean and more importantly, warm, home. I met with Nora and had a fantastic chat. She is a fantastic host. The house itself is beautiful and is a credit to Bridget and her family. It is very modern but keeps its old style charm. "Warm welcome to a stunning home that felt like a luxurious home with our every need catered for. The location was stunning with hot tub and kayaks too so we could enjoy ourselves even more. "This property is fantastic. What a wonderful time we had here. My grandsons especially liked playing pool and ping pong. Everything you would need is here. The host, John, responded to any questions we had in a very timely manner. John is a wonderful host. Carla greeted us at the door and showed us everything we needed to know about the property and went above and beyond to meet our needsAnyone thinking about renting this property do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed!"

"The hotel needs renovating but it wouldn’t take much to get it back to glory . Our room was lovely with a huge window overlooking a really pretty lawn onto the River. The restaurant wasn’t operating but the bar staff really accommodating for us to bring take away to it . The breakfast , included , was great and the breakfast chef lovely .Glengarriff is a much better option for cute pubs and cafes but Ouvane Falls was very cheap so I’d recommend for a different experience . "

"Quite a good hotel, clean and relativity modern. Only negative issues are perhaps the room housekeeping. Silly issues that were sorted quickly by the hotel... perhaps, more attention to detail. Rather small breakfast room....our room did overlook the main road."
