"Room was clean, coffee machine worked. Towels were provided. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were not comfortable, personal preference. A/C was loud and going on and off. We turned it off. All else was good."

"Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The worst thing was the noise from upstairs. Kids were running around all the time till late night, we couldn't rest. The Front desk had talked to them but nothing was changed. We stayed there 5 nights and I had asked a quiet room when I made a reservation. I was disappeared that they had assigned the family with kids just above our room. They could assign us on the top floor since we had asked a quiet room. The staff were nice, but it was a bad...
