Underground Plzeň

Pretty old hotel but clean. My room has a small shower place which is not ideal. Otherwise a good hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. The location requires tram ride to go to the old town etc.

I cancelled other hotel and changed to unitas residence hotel in the last minute. I am glad I did. Staff members are very helpful. Everything we asked we got: early check in,extra towels, iron board, late check out. Room is clean. AC was strong running well and cold when temperature outside was 95F. we will be back and recommend this hotel to everyone.

We arrived late (flight delayed) and had to call a number to get access to a lock box. Once we were inside we found a lovely, clean room with a comfortable bed, a good bathroom with a shower, and air conditioning. We made use of the fridge and kettle provided. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and we were able to leave our bags with them on the last day. The location was convenient to getting to the city centre and getting trams, underground and buses. There are several good eateries and an Albert supermarket close by.
