Casa Romantica is an authentic 18th-century Istrian semi-detached house, part of a ranch in Goli Vrh, 8 km from Umag, the leading tourist destination in northwestern Istria. Surrounded by forests and meadows where sheep and horses graze, the house reflects the traditional way of life. Guests can experience a unique synergy of nature and heritage, including ECO sheep cheese production based on a 300-year-old recipe and a riding school offering therapeutic and recreational riding.
Renovated in 2019, Casa Romantica blends original Istrian charm with modern comfort. Situated on a fenced 1000m² plot, it features an open saltwater pool, a large garden with a barbecue, and a covered dining terrace, all offering stunning views of pastures, the sea, and the city.
The house accommodates 4+1 guests in an 85m² apartment across two floors. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room (with SAT-TV, Wi-Fi). Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms (with mosquito protection), a large bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a private infrared sauna with salt therapy. A child-proof staircase ensures family safety.
Outside, enjoy the saltwater pool, volleyball, table tennis, and badminton, or let children explore the playground in the orchard. Relax with panoramic views of the meadow and horses, or admire the infinite sea and city views from the rooms.
