All rooms in the villa have underfloor heating and air conditioning, making it suitable for all seasons.

We recommend visiting the 10th century town walls of Umag, admiring the Church of St. Roche and its beautiful oil-painted ceiling, as well as visiting the Umag Town Museum with an amazing collection of pottery and handicrafts. There are also small towns nearby that are well worth a visit. The town of Buje has the famous authentic brewery, beekeepers and truffle growers. Nearby is also Brtonigla; famous for stores with handmade decorations and furniture. If you fancy a family day out, Istralandia Aquapark is a place where you can spend a whole day! If you enjoy playing golf, you should definitely visit the small town of Savudrija. The beautiful Villa Elizabeta is only 5 km away from the sandy and pebble beaches, restaurants, stores and cafés.
