The simple apartment has three bedrooms, dining area with kitchen, bathroom, and two terraces. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with 4 electric plates, a fridge with a freezer area, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, glasses, plates, cutlery and pots. The living area has a dining table with six chairs, sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV and exit to the covered terrace equipped with a garden table and chairs. The living area is connected to the bedrooms with the corridor equipped with coat hangers, shoe rack, mirror and air conditioner. The complete bathroom with bathtub, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, toilet, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The first bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe with mirror, desk and chair. The second bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and exit to the covered balcony. This neighborhood is an excellent choice for those who love tranquility and comfort due to its proximity to the center and the seafront, while the car or bicycle is recommended to reach the beaches.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag "Dam", exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops of the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.
To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of adults and children beat faster.
