The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, one with a double bed and a living area with sofa beds for 2 people, bed linen provided (weekly change), flat-screen satellite TV in the living area. The open kitchenette equipped with 2 gas burners, a coffee machine, a kettle, a refrigerator with a small freezer area, Mocca, and everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The apartment is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, free parking in the enclosed courtyard of the house.The area of Umag where the apartment is located in a convenient area for its position, between the city and the seaside areas. It is quiet, however, there are many services nearby such as a bank, post office, ATM, bars, restaurants, in the vicinity there are many varieties of pebble, rocky and sandy beaches, there is no shortage of pine trees or other vegetation in the vicinity of the beaches to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.
