The house is located in the Monteneto area between the two small villages of Bašanija and Zambratija. The main advantages of the house are its proximity to the beach and the breathtaking view. The beach facilities are easily reachable on foot.

The room with a bathroom and private entrance is equipped with a terrace with a table, chairs, a sink, and a sea view. The room has a double bed 160x200, bed linen provided, wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror, coffee table, and two armchairs. From the room window, there is a sea view. The private bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, cabinet with mirror and wardrobe, bath towels, two per person, provided. Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available, while shared use includes parking in the fenced courtyard, barbecue, and garden.

By crossing the garden, lawn, and olive grove, you reach the nearest beach (150 m), rocky and not very crowded, in just a few minutes. Continuing on the left side, equipped beaches with concrete, gravel, or sand can be reached. The equipped beaches offer the possibility to rent sun loungers and umbrellas, and there are various beach bars where you can enjoy cold drinks or fast food.
The supermarket, bank, post office, bar, and restaurants are 400 m from the house.

MONTENETO - ZAMBRATIJA
Zambratija is a small fishing village located on the Adriatic coast. The pearl of Zambratija is its well-known and very popular sandy beach, ideal for family holidays.
The beach is equipped, with the possibility of renting sun loungers and umbrellas. Near the Destino beach bar, open from 8 in the morning until 02:00, it offers various types of drinks, fast food, and organizes parties and small events for young people.
The village also has two small private hotels, Vilola and Villa Rosetta.
The beach changes its appearance every few hundred meters, so here you can find rocky, natural, gravel, pebble, concrete and sandy beaches. The area is ideal for diving, walking or cycling.
