What most stood out however was how genuinely friendly, helpful and lovely all the staff were - from reception to bell boys to housekeepers, restaurant staff and gardeners - a sign of a great place to work?"

Stayed here last part of our broader Bali trip (stayed in various areas), this was last part of our trip mainly to do south part of island, relax and proximity to Airport. Close to Jimbaran beach, with scheduled hotel shuttle bus, nice touch. We are vegetarian's, notified them in advance and they did dedicated evening dish choices as part of our package, which was really nice of them. Again great front desk, dining, house keeping and...

"The price point and value is unmistakeably excellent. Points for improvement include which are the gym is very dated and need an update. The breakfast is overall very average is effectively vegetarian, which is okay but that should be made clear. You can order some meat products but they are not displayed. The pool is great but could do with some kid entertainment or play items since there were a lot of children and families."
