Ulster Performing Arts Center

We come up to the Berkshires every year for Tanglewood and always stay here. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms have either a full kitchen or kitchenette so at the very least you can have coffee when you wake-up. The fact that Vacation Village is on Brodie Mountain it's quiet and restful.

Stayed three nights . The room was not cleaned at all during the stay - the hotel have a policy of cleaning every other day but they didn’t meet that. The room itself was okay but would have been nice to have the bins emptied and fresh towels at least once during the stay. Breakfast choices are limited and long waits for the one waffle making machine . The plastic cutlery makes it feel like a school canteen rather than a hilton group hotel. Coffee choices are good but usually only lukewarm warm . The hot water tastes like coffee and the water dispenser water tasted like tap water .
