"La finca linda, más no respetaron la reserva hecha y nos cobraron un valor adicional para podernos hospedar, mucho mayor al que inicialmente se había pagado.ya que no tenían disponibilidad. que cancelaramos reserva con la página para que pudiéramos reservar con ellos directamente. Que debíamos haber informado al hotel que nos quedaríamos previamente y que la plataforma tampoco lo había echo.
