The staff was really friendly and helpful even though there was a slight language barrier. The hotel is situated walking distance to the malls, endless restaurants and bars. There were two equipment breakdowns that could have impacted our stay but was resolved rather quickly with endless apologies. The only downside was the suite didn't have a microwave so I has to ask the staff to reheat food. Overall it was a pleasant exprerience with the hotel, staff and amenities. I will definitely visit again!

La ubicacion es algo incomoda por tratarse de una calle donde no hay espacios de parking, adicional senti que la habitacion que nos dieron era una improvisada o que se adapto como habitacion. La habitacion que nos dieron tenia un olor peculiar y senti algo de alergia no se si las sabanas o el respaldar. Las habitaciones tienen un sistema de luces demasiado tenues incomodo.

Limpieza de la habitación a diario, desayuno es el mismo todos los dias, cosa que se podria mejorar, habitacion pequeña pero de buena calidad. El personal es el mejor que tiene el hotel.

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, which made getting around very convenient. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast, while good, was exactly the same every day, so adding some variety would make it much better for longer stays. Also, some of the rooms feel a bit outdated and could use a refresh. That said, the positive aspects—especially the service, location, and peaceful environment—really stood out. With a few updates, this place could easily be excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nuestra estadía en este hotel, aproximadamente del 24 de agosto al 3 de septiembre, fue realmente excepcional. Teniendo en cuenta la difícil situación que atraviesa Pereira, el personal hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos cómodos, bien atendidos y como en casa, superando nuestras expectativas. Quiero reconocer especialmente a Mari, de recepción. Su atención fue increíble durante toda nuestra estadía. Siempre nos recibió con amabilidad, paciencia, profesionalismo y una excelente actitud. Ante cualquier pregunta o inconveniente, estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos y buscar una solución. Su atención se sintió genuina y realmente hizo una diferencia en nuestra experiencia. También quiero reconocer especialmente a Carol, encargada de nuestra habitación. Siempre mantuvo todo impecable, organizado y cómodo. Además, fue muy amable, atenta y respetuosa. El trabajo de limpieza muchas veces pasa desapercibido, pero Carol merece que su dedicación sea reconocida. En momentos difíciles es cuando más se demuestra la calidad humana de las personas, y este equipo lo demostró. Mari y Carol merecen un reconocimiento especial por parte de la administración. Gracias a todo el personal por cuidarnos y hacernos sentir tan bien. Sin duda volveríamos y recomendamos este hotel al 100%. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mi estadía en Albura Hotel en Pereira fue muy buena. El hotel tiene un ambiente moderno y acogedor, ideal para descansar. La habitación estuvo bien. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Además, la ubicación es conveniente, cerca de varios puntos de interés. Fue una experiencia muy agradable, sin duda lo recomendaría y me volvería a hospedar allí.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, it is a shame that a property with so much potential is so poorly maintained. With proper upkeep and attention to detail, this place could truly be one of a kind. We booked two rooms, and our experience was extremely disappointing. In the first room, the air conditioner was leaking water and making so much noise that we were unable to sleep. The staff kindly moved us to a room on a higher floor, but at approximately 5:00 a.m., an unbearable sewage odor filled both our room and the hallways. Once again, we were unable to get a proper night's sleep. To make matters worse, we were not provided with towels or bed covers. Our second room was equally problematic. Upon check-in, we discovered German cockroaches. The staff moved us to another room, only to find German cockroaches there as well. On the third attempt, we finally received a room that appeared acceptable. However, when my son woke up the following morning, he found long strands of hair all over his body and the bed. This raised serious concerns about whether the sheets had been changed after the previous guest. Unfortunately, we did not notice this until the next morning. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. While we genuinely appreciated the staff's kindness and willingness to help, therepeated maintenance, pest control, sanitation, and housekeeping issues were simply unacceptable.
