"Everything was as described. The inside was clean, it smelled like smoke (fire not cigarette) but otherwise we were happy. The location was perfect for the 2 of us. We wanted to enjoy Ohiopyle during the day but wanted something quiet for the nights. We had our German shepherd with us, she loved running around the yard. Looking forward to staying again soon."

Doors don’t close, not enough pots and pans, dirty curtains, loose legs on the kitchen table, fire place didn’t work, broken light bulbs, the outside wasn’t bad except that the road desperately needs to be replaced. The potholes are huge!! Staff was nice but the sign said to check in on the other side and the door was padlocked shut. It wasn’t easy to know what that meant. "I had a peaceful retreat weekend at Spring House. The cabin was just as pictured on Vrbo. The picture windows in the dining room have clear views of the woods and the stream. I walked onto the deck to listen to the stream and look up at the trees, even though it was chilly outside. The cabin inside was warm and cozy. I would definitely stay in the cabin again in the future when I need quiet time away. It is also a short drive to Fallingwater, and I enjoyed a guided tour of the UNESCO world...

"This cabin is beautiful. Perfect for my kids and I. Only one small problem. In the loft the is insulation coming out if the ceiling like snow the whole time we were there. I felt bad when we left because I left the one comforter on the bed because it was cover and I didn’t want to carry it to the laundry area. Once this issue is corrected this for be a 10/10 for me!!!"

"Very nice room and view of sunset. Val at bar made excellent “orange cosmo” exactly like I requested! Food was pretty good could use some more easy to go snacks appetizers other than the main food menu. Or maybe just a burger or fish and chips if staying for an entire week. The calamari kung po was excellent. I like the old fashioned pecan ball without chocolate chips. Hot tub and pool vwry good. I would’ve said excellent if crystal clear water.Maybe check ph levels half way through the day. Front check in staff was excellent. He even came and checked on us at the pool ! I wish they had towels at the pool but understand. Very nice loungers. Love the music at the pool. Guests seated on deck watching sunset could see into our room unfortunately.TV a bit small. Cable channels pretty good ! "
