Staff were very friendly and the room was spotless. The location is excellent, with a subway station right next door and plenty of great cafés nearby. Everything felt very clean and well-maintained.

Staff were polite and accommodating. The cleaning staff was friendly. The breakfast was good although they don’t replenish the food. The room was clean and orderly but there’s a smell in the shower / bathroom. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

A very comfortable stay--and perhaps some of the best food I have had in Korea and Japan. Compliments to the staff.

Great location with walking distance to beach and food options. Will stay here again when in Busan

Pretty difficult to check in. There’s no front reception (it’s on the 3rd floor). The staff were not very friendly. A resident of the apartment block helped us more than the staff. Also absolutely everything is chargeable including the swimming pool! It was very expensive to use the pool and you couldn’t come in and out. You also had to pay to use the gym, any towels. There’s no basic amenities like other Korean hotels. They also fine you for your rubbish and binning it but there were no English translations to know this. The location is good and the apartment was nice but there are lots of hidden charges
