Urgoo Boutique Hotel
Excellent boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was large and comfortable. Good amenities, very nice bathroom. Restaurant on site was very good. Only steps from major attractions. Quiet street. Cannot wait to return

UBINN hotel & gallery
They did not have hot water for the first several hours of my stay. Also they refused to provide the remote control for the AC unit. And several front desk people declined to help when asked

Seoul hotel Mongolia
They double charged us on our credit card and cash. When we tried to get our money back they refused to pay us. So I called Expedia and it took me calling over 10 times to get any where. I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
