「Ein Stern ist selbst zu viel!!! Achtung - Betrug!!! Das Boot was angeboten wird gibt es zwar aber wird ausschließlich bei booking angeboten. Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. 「Ferry (Han's friend/helper) was so kind and welcoming. He helped us carry our bags into the boat and oriented us to living on the boat. He even put some drinks in the fridge to welcome us. The bikes made it easy to see the windmills and explore the nature reserve nearby. Check in was easy and all communication was friendly and helpful. We wanted a good base where we could explore more than just the city. There’s a good supermarket a short walk away, so it was easy for us to self-cater. We loved our stay! 」

「Albert is a wonderful communicator and has taken great care to pay attention to detail. The heated bathroom floors were one of our favorite details, but also the porch is a perfect slice of charm, the milk frother for the coffee is a lovely touch, the hidden tv (with Netflix), a great book of neighborhood suggestions…and the bed was very comfortable and large (which is a rare luxury in the area). We can’t wait to stay again next year.」
