Located in the charming seaside area of Mare Verde, just a short distance from Torre San Giovanni, Villetta Orchidea is the perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing holiday surrounded by the crystal-clear waters and natural beauty of Salento. The villa features two independent entrances, front and back, ensuring comfort and privacy. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to an outdoor space that includes a convenient outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double and one triple with a bunk bed and a single bed. From the bedrooms, guests can access a lovely veranda, perfect for enjoying meals in total peace.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the hallway serving the bedrooms and kitchen, a washing machine, coffee machine, and outdoor shower. Free street parking is available right in front of the villa.
The location is very convenient: right next to the property there is a bar and a supermarket, the sea is only 200 meters away, and the first equipped beach club can be reached in just 500 meters.

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated hours, upon request of the guest and subject to acceptance, an additional fee is required:

for check-ins from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am, an extra cost of €50.00;
for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 am, an extra cost of €100.00.
