Cleaning the toilet is very poor with mold buildup inside the shower and around the lavatory, that's all the problem of the hotel, if not I'll give them five stars. The staff is excellent and professional. The breakfast is A-level, but please get a cleaner who cares, and takes pride in it.

Staff was amazing, ready to help whenever needed. Breakfast was a great variety… and rooms were very clean and well maintained. It’s a very central location and close to Metro.

My stay at the hotel was decent overall, but it didn’t quite stand out in any major way. The staff were polite and generally helpful when needed, though the interactions felt a bit routine rather than especially warm or memorable.

Staff was great, very clean room and the breakfast was good. Spa was amazing and the hotel is very well located accessible to metro and walking distance to almos everything you need.

The staff was very friendly and helpful right from the beginning. They were very knowledgeable on popular tourist spots. they offered helpful services like shuttles; especially if you do not have a car. The hotel was located in a great spot if you prefer to be in a more quiet area. It was about 10-20 mins to get to most tourist locations. Adding the breakfast option was clutch. The 10th floor offered a great view of the landscape and the food/options were great. Again, the staff was very friendly. There is a nice little gym for those who want to get a quick workout in. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Special shoutout to guest relations and manager Muhammad Savuncu; everyone was very kind. My family and I recommend this hotel. 5 stars for us. We will be coming back when staying in Istanbul.
