The compact kitchen is well equipped with an oven, under-counter fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster, with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer, you'll have everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also provide complimentary tea and coffee, along with salt and pepper, so feel free to help yourself. The cosy open-plan studio area offers comfortable seating, smart entertainment facilities and free WiFi, so you can stream all your favourite shows through platforms like Netflix or Prime (just log in with your own account), making it an ideal space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the Sussex countryside.

Book both properties together to accommodate up to eight guests, making them ideal for larger families, couples travelling together or small groups wanting shared outdoor space while enjoying the privacy of separate accommodation.
