LITERALLY EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Right in the heart of Ubud, staff was AMAZING suksma!! Breakfast was perfect banana pancakes were spectacular and pesto pasta was delicious. Room was spectacular loved our own pool, we even had a gorgeous pond outside of our room. Thank goodness for mosquito net around your bed. The staff went out their way to make us happy so many times! Even if we didn't get room cleaning they still brought us towels and water bottles every day! I will forsure go back to this resort one day. Miss it immensly, boujee on a budget! Perfect hotel

The place was handy with access to both the busy street on the east and the quieter street on the west. great spot to explore monkey forest and the rice fields from. The bed sheets and towels are stained but looked clean-ish.

The place is amazingly located and gives you the option to enjoy the village orto stay quieltly in when the evening comes . The Staff was super sweet and helpfull . Big thanks to them all. Downside , i was staying in one of the private villa with private pool and the villa itself was showing its age... a small renovation will be helpful. At the end I had à blast , i was visiting Ubud for the 3rd time and it always finds new ways to amaze me !

Hotel grounds are gorgeous. If you have any accessibility needs it may not be a good fit for you as there are some steep parts of the resort and there’s a bit of walking to do to get around to the pool, etc. Really awesome location though! My room is as a bit on the older side but met my needs for a quick and basic stay.

Despite being bang in the middle of Ubud the resort is an oasis of quiet and relaxation. So beautiful. Loved it and it rounded up our Bali holiday just perfectly.

The staffs are not friendly except 1 young lady in the lobby. Most of the staffs did not smile and expected a tip even though they didn’t do a good job. The room had a lot of bugs, and the bathroom had leakage. Online advertised no fee for extra bed, but we were charged for it when we got there.

The breakfast was a very good. The only thing i did not like was the shower tub super high to get in and out and was awkward. but worth the price... The staff was amazing! Monkeys come in the morning sometimes!

There was not anything major just a lot of little things that were not to my liking. The path through the property was beautiful but steep in places and I felt like I was going to slip on the smooth pebbles. There was a step down into the bathroom that surprised me several times! cabinet doors made a noise when you pulled them open and the nobs were loose! Patio doors had big gaps. Like I said little things. The property is located in a great place, allowing you to walk around Ubud and enjoy the local area. The staff were amazing friendly and kind

I stayed at Pertiwi Resort & Spa in Ubud for 4 nights and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and the place feels very relaxing and close to nature. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Ubud, yet quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view of the garden. I particularly liked the pool area and the traditional Balinese design of the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good, although there is room for improvement in the variety. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, natural retreat in Ubud.

Excelente estancia

La amabilidad y disposición del personal es excelente. El baño limpio y funcional, al igual que la habitación. El hotel súper céntrico, caminando a pocos metros están las principales atracciones de Ubud (Sacred Monkey Forest, Palacio de Ubud, Templo Saraswat, Mercado de Ubud). Muchísimas opciones de restaurantes, tiendas, mini súper, etc…. Aunque está sobre una de las principales calles de Ubud, el hotel es un lugar de relajamiento total, muy tranquilo, lleno de áreas verdes. Lo único con lo que hay que tener cuidado, es con lo resbaladizo del suelo, principalmente si ha llovido, ya que hay varias pendientes muy pronunciadas, pero hay algunas escaleras para poder evitar pasar por algunas de las pendientes. El desayuno adecuado. El servicio de Spa, muy bueno y a muy buen precio. El hotel es una excelente opción, la relación calidad-precio, buenísima.

Vi var en familie på 8 personer på hotellet i Ubud. Et meget autentisk hotel og område . Der er mange trapper, er ikke velegnet fór gangbesværede. Vi havde et ophold på 4 dage. Vi havde desværre heldagsregn i 3 dage, som ikke er normalt i juni. Morgenmad er har ikke det største udvalg, men man kan da blive mæt. Ulempe gangen ved vores hotelværelse lugtede meget af kloak som vi påtalte, men det hjalp ikke så meget.

立地は最高に良いです。 周りにレストランやコンビニなどたくさんあります。 しかし、施設に関しては微妙です。 バスタブにお湯が溜まらない（栓が壊れている）時間帯によってWi-Fiが全く繋がらない、ベッドのシーツと枕が湿っていて生乾きの臭い匂いが凄くて寝れないレベル。 朝食も質素で品数少ない。

Great staff. A real open lobby, a beautiful large bedroom with patio. Wake up to monkeys around you since you’re next door to the Monkey Forest ❤️. The pool is incredible and so is the breakfast and massage areas. You feel like you’re in the jungle but 2 minute walk towards the lobby and you’re on the Main Street. Great location. All staff smile and great you all day long. You’ll love it 👌

ビスマ通りに近い部屋はフロントから遠いが移動は徒歩。足に不具合のある人には勿論、ビスマカウンターからチェックインできるようにし、予約の段階でゲストに伝えるべき。 朝食の場所も１か所でモンキーフォレスト側のゲストには不便。改善の余地大いにあり。
