Worse night of our lives

Worse hotel stay of MY LIFE! Dirty, smelly, with over 20 cigarette buds in the night table drawer that they didn’t bother to clean, the shower looked like it would make you more dirty than clean, and BED BUGS. We had to leave after one night of torture and didn’t get any of our money back

Meget billigt ophold - ikke det værd

Alt i alt var opholdet skuffende. Vi boede på hotellet i 5 nætter. Tjekkede ud en dag tidligere end planlagt. Man delte værelse og badeværelse med myrer og edderkopper. Det var bestemt ikke rart at opholde sig på værelset. Der var “rengøring” på værelset dagligt, men vi skulle selv sørge for at henvende os i receptionen, når vi manglende toiletpapir. Vi havde været ude en dag, hvor der var en rulle toiletpapir på hotelværelset tilbage, da vi gik. Da vi kom tilbage på hotelværelset, var rullen væk og vi skulle spørge efter en ny. Vi skulle også selv bede om at få skiftet håndklæderne. Personalet kunne ikke snakke særlig godt engelsk, så det var svært at kommunikere med dem. Beliggenheden var rigtig god. Hotellet er billigt - men det er bestemt ikke det værd.

Located on the quieter side of town, with many restaurants and shops nearby. About a 45 minute walk to Ubud Market and just 10 minutes away from the Monkey Sanctuary.

Good value for the price

I spent over a week here, spacious room and bathrooms. You can tell that this place was really nice at one time. You can start seeing a bit of neglect around the property, especially with the landscaping. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. For the price I thought it was a good option and I recommend it.

Beautiful service and garden, but a/c didn't work.

In house restaurant, gardens and pool lovely, but a/c didn't work in our room and this made sleep impossible, we bought our own standing fan.

Relativ günstiges Hotel

Entgegen der Angabe "400 m entfernt vom Ubud Market" waren es ca 1,7 km, was unsere Füße sehr strapazierte. Zum Frühstück gab es eine Scheibe Toast auf Nachfrage teilte man uns mit das kein Toast mehr da ist.

メンテナンスの悪いホテル

写真とあまりに違いすぎる。最初に案内された部屋は、壁はボロボロ、セフティーボックスが固定されていない有様。2つ目に案内された部屋はカビ臭く、２階の部屋にしてもらったのだが、フロントのスタッフが言う「どこの部屋も同じだ」のセリフは信じられない。ホテル全体がメンテナンス不足で、ひどい。オープン当時の写真を掲載しているが全くのサギだ。朝食も質素で、スタッフも感じ悪かった。泊り客は少ないのだが、 何もやっていない、従業員はずーっと休憩してるようだ。リネンが白くなく、臭いはしなかったものの、気持ち悪かった。

Loved it!

Great hotel with walking distance to monkey forest and other central locations. The service was proffessional and we had our rooms cleaned everydat as expected. Loved the breakfast- especially the pineapple pancakes. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there in the future!

Pleasant hotel closed Monkey Forest and facilities

We spent a nice moment in this hotel, simple and clean closed facilities and transport. The staff is really kind, don't hesitate to ask transport and other service if you need it, they help you. I appreciate the breakfast, the room even if it was small...yet comfort was there!
