Clean room and kind staff.

Everything 5 stars, booked Club Room came with free champagne and chocolates plus use of jacuzzi,sauna,steam room and ice pool included. Enjoyed eating breakfast in Cambord French restaurant on the 28 floor. Food and service was excellent you hardly see 8 utensils on the right side of your water glass. I ordered Western option came with seafood Benedict plus 9 other small items this was included 👻

Staff were very kind. The Kaiseki dinner was superb. Although we did not use the public bath, the private bath reserved was great and our bodies felt less sore after a long dip.

Clean, business style hotel, simple yet extremely functional. Both check-in/out are completed on a kiosk to the right-side of the front desk. Suited our needs wonderfully and the only suggestion for improvement would be thicker walls so I don't hear my neighbors.

Close to Shimonoseki Station and Port. Great bathhouse for relaxing after a long day.

Me encantó el Hotel, es nuevo moderno, el personal es muy amable ,todo muy limpio, me encantó el Oncen ,nunca había visto uno, esta surtido de amenities con todo lo q se nesecita para un baño.te ponen Yukata en la habitación. Quede encantada lo recomiendo 100%

Gorgeous village of onsens and pottery with a lovely historic shrine within a short walk. Some good restaurants and a craft brewer. River view room one of the most lovely rooms I’ve had, minimalist design with sleek aesthetics, great wet room and sauna with village onsen access included and 10meters walk away. Very comfy bed and nice amenities with small guest kitchen. Would recommend highly

The hotel was beautiful. We had a tatami room that faced the landscaped garden. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Hotel bath was also nice. We didn't use the bathing area in the room so I can't speak to that. Staff spoke some English and were very helpful. Hotel location is a bit of a long walk to town. Regretted not purchasing the hotel breakfast. You need to order breakfast/dinner in advance because this is s traditional, if large, Japanese inn.

Route Inn’s are always consistent with super helpful staff and nice accommodations.

This hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean and cozy, the breakfast is free and delicious, and the staff not only speak good English but provide the best, welcoming service. There is even some free curry/rice dinner as well. The prices are also affordable! I highly recommend Toyoko Inn hotels, there are many of these hotels around Japan and they all very high quality. Please check this hotel out!

Excellent business hotel with great, friendly staff. A short walk from Kokura Station and my room had a nice view of the waterfront port. Complimentary breakfast of japanese comfort foods, plus breads/pastries & coffee was satisfying & serviced by the nicest & hardest working staff.
