"Our room was nice and the facilities were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in was confusing as we had to go to Hotel Aurora to check in (a block away) not at Casa Hipil itself. This could’ve been messaged ahead of time to save confusion. We also had to remind the staff that we had pre-purchased breakfast because they seemed to be unaware of that.
