This is a great location because of that the traffic never stopped so hard to sleep. Bed was the hardest I have slept in. Great air conditioner and Very clean property.

Hotel is in a great location with parkingg available. 24/7 reception which meant we were able to leave early & make our onward journey. Rooms & bathrooms very basic but ok for 1 night stay. Good value for money overall

Perfect location close to everything. We could not hear noise from the street, but you could hear when a loud neighbor arrived. Beds were comfortable, windows had a screen and shutters but no glass. Ac worked well. Bathroom was dated. Pool was fantastic. The people were very friendly and helpful. We traveled with medication and they let us put it in the fridge. Location close to the ADO.

Central location and parking on site!

I didn't expect much, but was was very pleasantly surprised. This is beautiful colonial building with a courtyard, shade, trees, pool and benches. View of the cathedral. Parking on site was major plus for us on this trip. We booked two rooms, one of the 4 beds didn't look clean or the sheets were too old, and the bathroom was little run down, but still very decent. I would suggest adding a mini fridge to the rooms. Other than that I can't complain.

We started our journey around the yucatan peninsula from this hotel and ended our 10 day adventure back to this hotel because we found it very relaxing, convenient and easy to get around to shops, restaurants, and the bus terminal. Also I love the sound of the church bells and the birds.

The place has certainly seen better days. For the bargain hunter or those on a budget, it's the answer to a prayer. Directly on the central parque of Valladolid, there is tons to see on foot, restaurants, shopping, and sights. The restaurant serves a decent breakfast with good portions. The sheets were practically transparent and the bathroom lacked a marble vanity, lol, but, the pool was clean and refreshing and our fellow guests were all lovely people. You could do much worse, and not much better unless you wanted to pay for the privilege.

Central and budgetfriendly, but a bit worn out

The place is very central, near shops, places to eat and just a short walk from the ADO bus station or the collectivo busses. The place is a bit worn out, and we had a sewer smell coming from the shower drain after the shower. But for the traveller on a budget, it can be a nice place to stay for a few days.

Basic. Clean. Get what you pay for.

Good location, but a busy area. Room was clean but run down. This place needs to buy new sheets, towels and mattresses. Needs fresh paint. Very old and it shows. Lots of equipment and things lying around what could be a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast at restaurant was very basic and not included.
