"Staff was amazing . Front dest was very accomodating. The toilets are a little small and water pressure arent great. But all in all it was a great stay! Clean rooms."

"Room was clean and adequate. Check-in was quick and easy with on-site parking for a reasonable additional charge. There were notes about freeway/construction noise, but I didn't find them to be at all disturbing, more of a distant white noise that was drowned out by the sound of the AC if you have it on. This is a pretty basic location with a modest size room, but I'd say the price matches the amenities and is an excellent value. I will give an extra shout-out for location though. There is so much in terms of food and shopping within walking distance or a very short drive. Grabbed a late night dinner at the ramen place next building over. After staying at multiple locations in the area, this is so far the most convenient for access to Balboa Park, the Observatory (concert venue), and the San Diego Zoo. It seemed like about the same distance, but less than half the travel time given local traffic patterns."

"The hotel was mostly fine. It provided us with basic amenities that we needed for a two-night stay. However, one morning I folded some CLEAN clothes and put them in one of the drawers along with a backpack with my laptop in it. When we got back to the hotel that night, the backpack with my laptop was fine, thankfully, but the clothes were damp and had a foul smell, similar to cat urine. I'm not sure what happened, but this upset me since the clothes were clean and dry when we left. Another thing, most of the lights/lamps were no longer working when we got back that same night."

"The air conditioner was not working it was hot. The coffee pot in the room also not working went down to let them know and they wanted us to pay for a cup of coffee. The pool was cold and the hot tub was dirty. The staff was nice. But I don't think it's right to charge for parking. The rooms need to be updated and I didn't like that my room had a connecting door. "

"Ice machine out of order, areas of the wall was different color patches, curtains on window block the AC air from blooming in the room instead of up in between the window and curtain, breakfast was very simple and only coffee or tea to drink.. They need to put air freshener.. tv was good with lots of choices to watch.... My top neighbor was walking like a elephant, Boom boom boom.... Woke me up around 4 ish am...... We didn't use the pool... The place charge $14 for parking but you don't really get a option of places to park.. the street has a couple but they didn't ask me they just gave me a permit and charged me to park... With all that said I wouldn't stay there again...."
