「Room was very clean and looked freshly renovated. Shower was great! Bed was not the best, but better than some hotels. Room and bathroom were large with lots of space! Overall a great stay!」

「The bed was fine and comfortable but the room overall was not good. There was only one small table and suit case stand but no place much to sit things down. The floor was filthy. I walked across it barefoot and got in the shower and dirt flowed of the bottom of my feet. I could walk across the floor and wipe my feet on the bath mat and it would leave black marks on the mat. 「Definitely not what not well maintained Towel definitely was clean was there stuff on it and shower when turn on was leaking water through the wall to the FL I just left and book different hotel didn’t feel comfortable and safe there 」

「The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. Other patrons tended to smoke near the entrances causing a smoke smell to draw into the building. Pets are allowed, we don’t bring pets but fortunately the pets were quiet but...
