"Das Tiny House ist gut gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zum nächsten Ort bzw. in der Nähe von Hamburg / Finkenwerder. Sie S-Bahn Linie 5 fährt allerdings direkt am Haus vorbei, die Lärmbelästigung ist aber erträglich. Dadurch sind Fahrten von und nach Hamburg sowie Cuxhaven mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Guter Ausgangsort für Radtouren nach Buxtehude oder zum Deich nach Grünendeich (auch per Auto gut zu erreichen). Die Ausstattung der Fewo ist gehoben und hat alles, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Wünschenswert wäre für einen Aufenthalt von 1 Woche und mehr eine zweite Garnitur Handtücher/Duschtücher."
