"The host was very welcoming, directions to property spot on.House was warm and welcoming with plenty of room to move around, great for games and conversation.We didn't get outside much due to weather, but the back patio and yard looked amazing and begging for activity."

"The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. All the rooms were clean and picture perfect. Of course the host was fantastic! Whenever I sent her a message she replied immediately. We have celebrated our family Christmas there 2 years in a row. The greatest thing was that it was decorated for Christmas both times. I would highly recommend this scenic farmhouse."

"The CoDax was a beautiful home with wonderful view of the snowy Chippewa River. The home was large enough for 8 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of space to spread out with the heated garage/game room and 2 areas with TVs inside as well. The home was a bit tricky to get to with the snow covered roads, but turn at the CoDax sign by the driveway and it'll take you right to it. The owners were wonderful and were just a message away if we needed anything. "

"The home is AMAZING. A bar, a game room, a sauna, an outdoor fire pit, a pool table, a poker table, two very large and comfy sofas by a big screen TV, a beautiful kitchen and gigantic dining room table are just some of the features that made our weekend so memorable and fun. The home was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you would need with beautiful place settings and glasswear. The bathrooms are pretty and showers were great. Communication with owners was exceptional. Cannot recommend this place more. The best. "

"Beautiful place, very clean, very comfortable. All 3 bedrooms very nice-very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Quiet location. Every morning had deer right outside including 2 bucks. Large lawn, nice outdoor patio with firepit. Left directly from property with our UTVs. Close to Bloomer and restrurants. Would definitely stay here again."
