The house was very nice. It was easy to find on the main road and there was plenty of parking. Sleeping in the basement was nice since it was always cool in the bedrooms. We didn’t have any issues during our four nights we were there.

The host was very helpful. When it said 2 bedrooms were down stairs I guess i didn't realuze one was yhe master. Worked out but was disappointed in that. Outside furniture was filthy as was where it was. As it turned out it was too hot to use them. I bought a spatula and left it, a shredder and kitchen scissors. I did enjoy the coffee and oatmeal. I guess I'm a fussy old lady but long hair in the shower that was suppose to be clean was not cool. Love the kitchen, the beds were comfortable, liked the bathroom and the decor. The outside could also use some attention. Thanks for letting us use it.

If you plan to have more that 4 people find another property. Also they have an illegal furnace that violates about 8 state and county codes, no idea how it passed and inspection (I do hvac for a living and this is unacceptable and is a death hazard).

There is a furnace and water heater in one of the "rooms" that you are supposedly supposed to stay in, which is illegal according to state and federal codes, (i do hvac for a living i know). There is maybe enough room for 4 people to legally stay in the property. One of the "sleeping areas" is a bed in a hallway. This was an atrocious and falsely represented property and if I dont get a full refund I will be pursuing legal action in its fullest extent.

Had I been able to get into the property when I arrived in town everything might have been great. I tried every way I could to get the code to work in the door and it would not. They said they came out and tried it and it worked fine, but it did not work for me and after about 20 attempts I gave up and left. Not sure what went wrong, but I had to find another room to stay in so the trip to this place was a bust.
