「The apartment is lovely & in a excellent location. The check in process however was terrible as I was given the incorrect codes meaning I was waiting outside the apartment for approximately 1 hr before another guest arrived with the correct code. No wifi instructions within the apartment」

「Poor facility. Bed is small. No blanket. Electric fun is broken. In the morning, a homeless person blocked the entrance, to which the hotel security responded more than one hour later.」

「Location was just great, and their equipment and amenity was really well considered and perfect. People were great too. However the operation were looked not great in some aspect, big mis-charge of accommodation was there then not very helpful for recovery and hard to get answer for email inquiries during stay etc. except that I felt it was perfect place to stay.」

「Checking in and out was super smooth. I was a bit worried since I arrived late at night and there was no reception, but getting into my room turned out to be completely hassle-free. When you're traveling from far away, jet lag is always a challenge, so finding a quiet place to sleep is crucial. Even though this apartment hotel is just steps away from the station, it was remarkably quiet and I was able to get some really solid rest. The basement laundry room was a huge plus for a long business...

「Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Any queries I had Julia was really easy to communicate with, will definitely be booking a stay with them again!!!」
