"The staff was very helpful as soon as I arrived, even checking me in early at no extra cost because my room was ready. Room was very clean and the a/c kept the room super cool during this heat wave. Bed was a little too firm, which, as I,ve experienced, was on par for all of the nice places that I’ve stayed in while in Europe. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"We visited Bath for a family wedding and had 3 rooms given one on 2nd 3rd and 4th floor . The king room on the 4th floor was most spacious but being 2 single beds pushed together ( common practice) it meant there was a huge bump down the middle ( i guess from the tucked in sheets )... it gave the experience of being in 2 beds as it made the centre uncomfortable and it sadly reduced the area to sleep.. Which was a shame as the staff the building the food all exceeded expectations for a city hotel stay .."

"Overall, we had a good stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The only downsides were that the parking was quite expensive, although we managed to find cheaper parking nearby, and the elevator was out of order during our stay. Apart from these minor issues, everything else was good, and we felt the hotel offered fair value. We would be happy to stay here again."

"Hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was lovely. The location was great, we enjoyed our stay. We would have loved to have dinner at the property however felt the prices were a little too steep otherwise would recommend."

"Wonderful stay, check in was easy and rooms offered a range of necessitates which was advertised. Location is around 15 minute walk from central Bath and has a Sainsbury's shop nearby (less than 5 minutes). One downside was the room being very warm, even with windows open, during the summer weather plus no aircon (as standard UK rooms don't) so it was a struggle. Another minor downside was the TV wasn't tuned or logged in for updating so we ended up not using plus the cutlery provided needed a good wash beforehand as they werent clean. Noise was a little loud from the road outside too but easily solved by closing the windows. Apart from the above listed, the stay was great and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!"

"Lodge was great, nice decor, plenty of space, good kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, utensils etc). TVs had no freeview, which was a bit odd and disappointing to our kids who are addicted to CBeebies ;-)"

"It was overall a good place however the listing wasn’t super clear about the fact that you share a bathroom. Also the room I stayed in smelled like paint so much it was uncomfortable and gave me a headache. The kitchen area was really nice and it was reasonably priced and in a cute area."
